William B Canfield General Contracting has been a staple name in Connecticut Home Building for over 65 years. It was originally founded in 1955 by William B. Canfield Sr., who had a natural talent for the craft, taking after his grandfather. He had a vision of helping his neighbors and friends achieve their dream home on a budget.
As years passed and his business grew, he knew he was going to need someone to help him. His son, William B. Canfield Jr., grew up watching him in the workshop and became fond of helping with projects. The father and son duo was a natural progression for the business.
